    The treatment is based on the consent of the interested party to respond to his requests for information and clarifications on the services of the data controller.

    Failure to provide data makes it impossible to forward requests and respond to interested parties.
  • How long do we treat them?
    The data is processed for the time necessary to respond to requests for information and contact.
  • Who will know my data?
    Personal data will not be disclosed or disclosed to third parties.

2. HOW ARE THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED?

The collected data are mainly processed with IT tools. Suitable security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

The Data Controller collects personal data through specific contact forms or the same are forwarded to the Data Controller via e-mail.

The Data Controller sends e-mail messages to users who have given specific consent through a newsletter management service.
For the newsletter service and the sending of commercial and advertising proposals, we use the Mailchimp service for sending e-mail messages.

Personal data are mainly processed within the territory of the European Union.

3. WHO PROCESSES PERSONAL DATA?

Personal data are processed by specially trained internal subjects authorized for processing , who will in any case be bound by professional secrecy and the utmost confidentiality about them.
Personal data is processed by companies that take care of the updating and maintenance of the website, or that provide other services to the Data Controller, formally designated responsible for the processing of personal data and bound to comply with technical measures and organizational security that guarantee the protection of the personal data of the interested parties.

4. THE DATA SUBJECT HAS THE RIGHT TO ASK THE HOLDER OF THE TREATMENT

  • Access to personal data
    The interested party can obtain confirmation that personal data concerning him is being processed, and obtain more information on the processing and a copy of the personal data.
  • The rectification of personal data
    The interested party may request rectification to ensure the correctness of the personal data processed.
  • The deletion of personal data
    The interested party can obtain the cancellation of personal data in the cases referred to in art. 17 GDPR.
    The interested party has the right to obtain the transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law pursuant to art. 7 Legislative Decree 196/2003.
  • The limitation of the processing concerning him
    The interested party may request that the processing be limited by opposing the cancellation as they are necessary for the exercise or defense of a right in court.
  • With reference to personal data processed with automated methods, the right to data portability.
    The interested party has the right to receive personal data in a structured format of common use.

The interested party may object to the processing of personal data.

The interested party has the right to object to direct marketing at any time.
Some personal data provided voluntarily by data subjects can be used to form user profiles but decisions with automated processes are not applied. Profiling is linked to the consent given by the interested party, who can object at any time.
